Responsibilities
- Build and improve the lead generation engine and demand generation initiatives
- Research target markets and identify high-potential accounts using ICP-based lists
- Develop multi-channel outreach strategies to book meetings with senior decision-makers
- Design and execute GTM experiments and test new acquisition channels
- Collaborate with Marketing to convert awareness into commercial opportunities
- Manage GTM motions, CRM workflows, and modern GTM tooling to optimize prospecting
- Support solution development and lead commercial conversations for smaller opportunities
Requirements
- Experience with GTM strategy
- Experience in B2B technology, software services, or SaaS
- Proven track record of building pipeline rather than just managing inbound leads
- Understanding of modern Go-to-Market strategies
- Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership
- Strong analytical and commercial thinking skills
- Confident communication skills for international clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Background in Enterprise SaaS or IT consulting
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences
- Founder or startup experience
