Responsibilities

• Act as the onsite consultant team for the Middle East region, representing Swiss-AS to airlines and MRO customers.
• Build and develop long-term customer relationships and identify business opportunities within the GCC region.
• Lead AMOS implementation projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to Go-Live.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource planning to ensure successful delivery.
• Advise customers on aviation business processes, best practices, and digital transformation strategies.
• Drive adoption and optimization of AMOS, Aviatar, and flydocs solutions.
• Lead workshops and translate customer requirements into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in airline or MRO environments, ideally within Technical Operations.
• Proven track record in leading digital implementation or consulting projects.
• Solid working experience in the Middle East aviation market with an established network in the GCC region.
• Expert-level knowledge of AMOS and/or comparable MRO/ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, system integration, and process optimization.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or German is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and solution-oriented skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with project management methodologies (PMP or equivalent).
