About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework across the organization
- Conduct business impact analyses and risk assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Develop, maintain, and test business continuity, crisis management, and recovery plans
- Coordinate BCM activities and initiatives across departments and key stakeholders
- Lead business continuity exercises, training sessions, and awareness programs
- Support internal and external audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively
- Prepare reports and updates on BCM readiness and resilience for senior management
Requirements
- UAE National (Family Book required)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Risk Management, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Strong understanding of BCM principles, risk assessment, business impact analysis, and crisis management
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Experience working within large or complex organizations
