Business Development Associate

Responsibilities

• Administer Pipedrive and keep deal stages, notes and next steps accurate
• Act as first point of contact for inbound leads and route them to owners
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and information requests
• Build and maintain BD operating manuals, email templates and the marketing library
• Keep social media channels active and update website content
• Support marketing campaigns and report pipeline health and conversion

Requirements

• 2+ years in business development, sales development, sales operations or marketing coordination
• Hands-on CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Zoho or similar)
• Experience preparing sales materials, templates or process documentation
• Strong written communication skills
• Highly organised, process-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Pipedrive administration, including automations and reporting
• Social media channel management
• Basic CMS and form management
• Basic design skills in Canva or similar
• Experience supporting multiple brands or clients
