Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and acquire new Sportsbook business partners and clients, focusing on Russian-speaking markets.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentation to negotiation and successful onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers within the iGaming industry.
  • Conduct market research on Sportsbook trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
  • Present tailored Sportsbook solutions and value propositions in both Russian and English.
  • Collaborate with internal product, marketing, and account management teams to develop strategic sales propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Russian and English.
  • 1–3 years of proven business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within the Sportsbook, gaming, or a related tech sector.
  • Thorough understanding of the online Sportsbook market, including betting operators and industry trends.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to thrive in a fully remote, self-motivated, and commercially driven environment.
