Business Development & Corporate Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and premium brands
• Build a pipeline of corporate tie-ups to drive admissions and brand visibility
• Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI individuals and corporate clients
• Conceptualise and execute events, open houses and networking forums
• Collaborate with luxury and lifestyle brands on co-branded initiatives
• Track partnership ROI, engagement metrics and conversion outcomes
• Prepare regular reports for leadership on business development progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
• 6 to 10 years in business development, partnerships or client engagement
• Corporate partnership or luxury/lifestyle sector experience
• Event management and brand collaboration background
• Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
• Strong networking, communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Experience in education, hospitality, luxury or premium services
