About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and premium brands
- Build a pipeline of corporate tie-ups to drive admissions and brand visibility
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI individuals and corporate clients
- Conceptualise and execute events, open houses and networking forums
- Collaborate with luxury and lifestyle brands on co-branded initiatives
- Track partnership ROI, engagement metrics and conversion outcomes
- Prepare regular reports for leadership on business development progress
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
- 6 to 10 years in business development, partnerships or client engagement
- Corporate partnership or luxury/lifestyle sector experience
- Event management and brand collaboration background
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
- Strong networking, communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Experience in education, hospitality, luxury or premium services
