Business Development Director

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a UAE growth roadmap aligned with national development programs
• Identify high-value opportunities across transport authorities, municipalities, and sovereign-backed developers
• Drive early client engagement to influence procurement strategy and scope definition
• Establish trusted relationships at C-suite and board level within target organizations
• Lead strategic account development plans for priority clients
• Act as the face of the organization in high-level negotiations and industry forums
• Lead end-to-end capture lifecycle for high-value pursuits
• Develop aggressive and data-driven win strategies
• Structure teaming strategies, joint ventures, and strategic alliances
• Direct proposal governance, pricing strategy, and executive messaging

Requirements

• 15+ years of business development leadership within UAE
• Demonstrated record of winning major projects in the UAE
• Established executive-level network across government and sovereign-linked entities
• Proven ability to influence procurement strategies
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar pursuits in competitive environments
• Deep understanding of UAE procurement processes
• Strong executive communication skills and board-level presence
