About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients, target markets, and new business opportunities
- Develop and execute outbound business development strategies to generate new leads
- Prospect through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business objectives
- Present company products and communicate value effectively
- Qualify leads and manage opportunities throughout the sales process
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Negotiate commercial terms and support the closing of new business
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Proven experience generating new business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline
- Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup
- English proficiency for working with English-speaking clients
