About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities for AML and compliance services
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective corporate clients
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, networking, and meetings
- Develop relationships with companies, business owners, and senior management
- Present suitable AML/compliance service solutions based on client requirements
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to client onboarding and closing
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Networking and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment
- Experience dealing with corporate clients and decision-makers preferred
- Knowledge of AML/compliance services is an advantage but not mandatory
