About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and market coverage for FM, Total FM, and cleaning opportunities across the UAE
- Track tender boards and RFP portals to coordinate technical and commercial bid submissions
- Build and maintain relationships with facilities and procurement decision-makers
- Maintain an accurate opportunity pipeline in CRM and report weekly against targets
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within existing managed portfolios
- Monitor competitor activity and market pricing trends
- Support contract renewal strategies in coordination with Facility Managers
Requirements
- Experience in business development within the Facilities Management industry
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead to signed contract
- Knowledge of hard services (MEP) and soft services (cleaning)
- Ability to navigate UAE developer and owners' association markets
