Business Development Executive

Responsibilities

• Proactively research and identify potential prospects through LinkedIn, industry publications, and networking events
• Develop targeted outreach strategies to connect with potential clients
• Contact and engage with leads via phone, email, and social media
• Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and business models
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and document insights for the senior sales team
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales team members
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
• Track follow-ups and nurture relationships with prospects
• Collaborate with the senior sales team to align lead generation strategies with sales goals

Requirements

• Proven experience in an outbound sales team focused on FX payments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients
• Demonstrated experience with CRM tools and sales outreach platforms like Salesforce
• Results-driven with a desire to exceed targets
• Highly organized with exceptional time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
