About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify new and prospective customers and their needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products and services addressing client objectives
- Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to legal guidelines
- Generate new leads and convert them to revenue through cold calling and networking
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management in the UAE
- Proven sales track record
- Extensive understanding of the local UAE market
- Experience in IT solution sales is an advantage
- Experience in Staffing or Professional Services industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in BBA, B.Com, IT, Computer Science, or Computer Applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
