Job Description

Description IM Hospitality has been operating since 2020 providing food and beverage consulting services to companies large and small. Our goal is to become the leading global authority in crafting unforgettable experiences and setting new benchmarks in hospitality excellence by empowering food and beverage establishments with relevant solutions, elevating their current offerings and providing a remarkable competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential business partners and opportunities.
  • Conduct initial consultations with potential partners, understanding their needs and presenting our solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to close new business deals and secure partnerships.
  • Track and report on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a track record of securing and nurturing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred or equivalent experience.

Benefits

  • Straight commission structure only: 10% of the total project value.
