About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold-outreach, and open doors across industrial accounts to generate and convert coating-project opportunities into revenue
- Maintain close contact post-sale, follow up on quotes, and drive repeat orders and account expansion
- Identify, qualify, and recruit regional distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
- Maintain consistent prospecting, meetings, opportunity reporting, and forecasting
- Apply approved pricing and commercial terms to ensure brand value and channel alignment
Requirements
- B2B Technical Sales experience in industrial markets, HVAC, mechanical equipment, or protective coatings
- Proven ability to proactively prospect and create opportunities (hunter mentality)
- Ability to learn and credibly present technical solutions
- Effective communication in English and strong local-language fluency
- Possession of a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and headset
- Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned market
