About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, cold-outreach, and open doors across industrial accounts to generate and convert coating-project opportunities into collected revenue
- Maintain close contact post-sale, follow up on quotes, engage key decision-makers, and drive repeat orders and account expansion
- Identify, qualify, and recruit regional distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
- Maintain consistent prospecting, meetings, opportunity reporting, and forecasting
- Apply approved pricing, commercial terms, and materials to ensure brand value and channel alignment
Requirements
- B2B technical sales experience in industrial markets, HVAC, or mechanical equipment
- Proven hunter mentality with ability to proactively prospect
- Established relationships with contractors, OEMs, or industrial buyers is a strong advantage
- Ability to learn and present technical solutions
- Effective communication in English and strong local-language fluency
- Must possess own reliable computer, high-speed internet, and headset
- Willingness and capability to travel within the assigned market
