About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in the assigned territory
- Manage the sales pipeline and lead portfolio to ensure high conversion rates
- Oversee the partner onboarding process for efficiency and seamlessness
- Ensure partner success during the initial weeks after signing
- Assist the wider commercial team with ad-hoc projects, field pitch days, and marketing roll-outs
Requirements
- BSc/BA in business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the restaurant landscape in the UAE
- Demonstrable track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills to structure win-win deals
- Understanding of the economics of delivery for both partners and the platform
- Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
