Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and manage strategic relationships with large-scale merchants and enterprise clients
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent merchant engagement
• Increase transaction volumes and merchant adoption of Botim Money's payment solutions
• Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential industries and competitive positioning
• Ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for new merchants in coordination with Tech, Product, and Compliance teams
• Track sales performance, revenue, and market expansion efforts against KPIs
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to assess performance and trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, fintech, or payments (preferably in MENA)
• Proven track record in merchant acquisition and partner expansion within the fintech industry
• Strong understanding of merchant acquiring PSP partnerships and digital payments
• Experience managing high-value partnerships and negotiating complex deals
• Knowledge of POS, QR, VIBANs, and alternative payment solutions
• Strong analytical skills for tracking sales performance and market trends
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech environment
