About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver Credit Card sales, Balance Build revenue, productivity, and portfolio growth targets
- Lead and manage Team Leaders and sales teams to maximize performance and revenue generation
- Drive execution of sales strategies, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives
- Ensure optimal utilization of customer leads, databases, and marketing campaigns
- Monitor and improve sales productivity and conversion rates through regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, and Operations teams
- Manage workforce planning, recruitment, coaching, and succession development
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory, governance, audit, and compliance requirements
Requirements
- University Graduate
- 5+ years of experience in a similar work environment in a supervisory position
- At least 3 years of experience managing people
- Strong sales and customer focus
- Excellent presentation and people management skills
- Retail banking sales management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM, and Bank Systems
- Ability to deliver against stretched targets and timelines
