About the role
Responsibilities
- Generate freight forwarding business by selling end-to-end products and services
- Manage Ocean Freighting (Export, Import, and X-Trade) for FCL and LCL
- Manage Air Freighting (Export, Import, and X-Trade)
- Drive sales for Warehousing, Distribution, Customs Clearance, and Transportation
- Handle Break Bulk and ODC shipments
- Increase revenue through customer retention and new client development
- Perform proactive customer handling, rate renewals, and payment collection
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer challenges
Requirements
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in freight forwarding sales (Air and Sea)
- Existing customer base in the market
- Understanding of logistics operations and the freight industry
- Valid driving license
