About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and management of the assigned Corporate and MICE portfolio
- Drive new business acquisition and strengthen existing accounts
- Convert MICE and group opportunities to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Reservations, Events, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless delivery
- Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support the hotel's commercial strategy
