Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth across the GCC region for Maximo-based solutions
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in oil & gas, utilities, and facilities management
  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the GCC market
  • Position products and solutions to meet unique client requirements
  • Provide strategic guidance on optimizing Maximo systems and operational efficiencies
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed regional targets
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed records within the CRM
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth solution delivery
  • Report sales performance and market insights to senior management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Specialized focus on Maximo EAM solutions in the GCC region
  • Proven track record in the enterprise software or technology sector
  • Strong knowledge of Maximo EAM applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with GCC business culture and regulatory environments
