About the role
Responsibilities
- Prospect, pitch, and close new restaurants in the territory
- Manage sales pipeline and lead portfolio to ensure high conversion rates
- Oversee the partner onboarding process for efficiency and seamlessness
- Ensure partner success during the initial weeks post-signing
- Assist with commercial projects including field pitch days and marketing roll-outs
Requirements
- BSc/BA in business or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the restaurant landscape in the UAE
- Proven track record in prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to structure win-win deals
- Commercial understanding of delivery economics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English; Hindi or Arabic is a plus
