Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all sales and business development activities to generate revenue and secure new interior design projects
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPI requirements
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and qualified leads within the UAE market
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize company revenue and market visibility
• Lead commercial negotiations related to project fees, payment terms, and contract agreements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and corporate clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to contract finalization
• Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and reporting
• Coordinate with design and management teams to ensure accurate project scoping and proposals

Requirements

• Arabic speaking professional
• Extensive UAE experience in interior design and fit-out sectors
• Proven track record of winning high-value projects
• Strong negotiation and client management skills
• Established network of relevant clients, consultants, and developers
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
