Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all sales and business development activities to secure new interior design projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, F&B, and luxury villa sectors
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue objectives
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and qualified leads within the UAE market
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and client acquisition through negotiations and contract execution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, consultants, and hotel operators
• Conduct commercial negotiations regarding project fees, payment terms, and scope of work
• Oversee CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
• Prepare tailored company presentations, commercial proposals, and project submissions

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry
• Fluency in Arabic
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
• Established professional network with UAE-based developers, architects, and contractors
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel within the UAE, GCC, and internationally

• Experience in market research and competitor analysis
