About the role
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
- Build pipeline through outbound channels such as cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
- Engage with founders, finance teams, and business owners
- Execute a high-velocity sales motion to close customers quickly
- Experiment with messaging, outreach, and GTM approach
- Partner with product and leadership to shape sales strategies
Requirements
- 1-6 years of experience in outbound Sales, SDR, or early Account Executive roles
- Proven experience in cold calling and prospecting
- Ability to build pipeline from scratch
- Experience selling to SMEs or mid-market companies
- Background in HR SaaS, Payroll, Fintech, or B2B SaaS organizations
- High energy, urgency, and bias for action
- Strong, persuasive communication skills
- Multilingual abilities (Hindi/Urdu is a plus)
