Business Development Manager - FMCG

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of target brands and principals
• Conduct category and portfolio gap analysis
• Lead the full courtship cycle with prospective principals from contact to signature
• Perform due diligence on prospective partners
• Build end-to-end landed-cost models for candidate brands
• Design pricing architecture across the supply chain
• Develop complete brand business plans including volume and value forecasts
• Lead negotiation of distribution and agency agreements
• Identify, open, and scale new B2B channels
• Manage and mentor team members to achieve performance targets

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the UAE market
• Experience in the FMCG domain
• Strong business and financial acumen
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution management
• Proficiency in CRM and ERP/SAP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience with export documentation and regulatory affairs
• Ability to perform data analysis and reporting
