Through our different range of solutions, we deliver an end-to-end experience, managing and executing all technical, operational, and commercial aspects of our customers' loyalty programs. From full loyalty programs, couponing solutions to interactive directory services, coupled with an extensive network of merchants, Dsquares serves some of the most loved brands in the region.


  • Develop industry penetration strategy and identify gaps and opportunities within the GCC region.
  • Implement the Quarterly BD pipeline plan for both local and international clients.
  • Initiate client leads in the GCC region.
  • Work with the Solution Design Team to create the best client value proposition.
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Align with support teams to ensure client attainment and satisfaction.
  • Follow up on new business opportunities to facilitate deal closure.
  • Provide feedback on the development of proposals.
  • Close deals with target clients to achieve set KPIs.
  • Support Presales/Research Executive in preparing presentations for targeted clients.
  • Stay updated with industry reports for target accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create final client proposals.


  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Ability to create budgets and manage large projects.
  • Strong communication, team-working, negotiation, project management, and researching skills.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Education & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in business or sales development.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, finance, or relevant field; MSc/MA is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of GCC markets and industries.
  • Experience in working on key accounts.
  • Proven experience in commercial and/or business development or other relevant roles.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and managing relationships with key clients.
  • In-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes.
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset.
