About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, develop and close new business with enterprise, government and mid-market customers
- Generate leads through cold calling, research, meetings, visits and exhibitions
- Build and grow a sales pipeline aligned with company objectives
- Develop and manage channel partners, resellers and system integrators in GCC and Levant
- Serve as main contact for key customer and strategic vendor accounts
- Develop a country-specific business development plan and execute against KPIs
- Provide sales forecasts, market insights and CRM reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field
- 4-5 years sales or business development in the GCC market
- Understanding of government, oil & gas, finance and telecom sectors
- Proven record of meeting revenue targets
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred
- Valid GCC driving license preferred
