About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC
- Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients
- Act as the main point of contact for partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the marketing team on region-specific campaigns
- Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events
- Monitor regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends
- Track KPIs including revenue, client acquisition, and trading volumes
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development focusing on GCC markets
- Excellent command of Arabic and English
- Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC
- Knowledge of GCC market dynamics and regulations
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
