Responsibilities
- Oversee student recruitment activities, business development, account management, and marketing events for B2B channels.
- Collaborate with Company Directors to develop B2B channels and implement marketing and sales strategies.
- Represent specific universities or colleges located in Europe, North America, or Asia.
- Source agents through fairs, business trips, enquiries, and referrals.
- Generate new revenue from existing streams and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and train education agents on brand promotion.
- Perform client research and engage with key industry players.
Requirements
- Experience in international student recruitment for higher education.
- Established and relevant agency network with solid stakeholder relationships.
- Solid understanding of industry trends for strategic planning and forecasting.
- Proven track record of developing business partners and growing client relationships.
- Ability to deliver workshops, presentations, and host conferences.
- Highly motivated with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce or database management experience.
- Experience representing an institution directly or managing a sub-network of agents.
