About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners
- Manage the business development pipeline and support bid/no-bid decisions
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
- Work closely with Proposal and Commercial teams during tender submissions
- Support commercial negotiations and contract discussions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles
- Experience within the UAE/GCC government or defence sectors is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
