About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for asset management services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations
- Track industry trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and forecasts to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in asset management or financial services
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of asset management industry and market trends
- Valid UAE driving license is desirable
