Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for asset management services
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
• Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and operations
• Track industry trends and competitor activity
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities in the CRM system
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
• Provide regular reports on sales pipeline and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in business development, preferably in asset management or financial services
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding business development targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of asset management industry and market trends
• Valid UAE driving license is desirable
