About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic and proactive restaurant sales initiatives to maximize revenue and guest engagement
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients and key partners
- Oversee reservation strategies and table optimization across F&B outlets
- Collaborate with marketing teams on F&B campaigns and promotions to increase visibility
- Implement revenue-generating initiatives and foster a guest-centric booking culture
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in restaurant sales or a related professional area
- Previous experience as a sales manager in a 4 or 5-star hotel
- Essential experience selling within the restaurant segment
- Fluent English (oral and written)
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or a related major

What we look for
- 3 years experience in restaurant sales

- Experience in restaurant segment sales
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hotel Management
