Business Development Manager, META Region - Global Payment

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary contact point in the META region for channel partnership development
• Develop regional payment strategies for business growth, cost reduction, and risk management in key markets like Turkey, KSA, UAE, and GCC countries
• Coordinate internal roll-outs of new services and enhance partnerships while considering local regulations and competition
• Work with regional teams to understand local needs and proactively develop solutions for business growth
• Liaise with HQ teams regarding commercial strategy, product development, and risk management
• Conduct regular industry analysis and Business Intelligence research

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in payment/e-money institutions, banks, fintech, or internet companies
• Deep understanding of payments, e-money, wallet products, banking functions, or merchant processing
• Strong ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative teamwork spirit
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on creative problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of digital payment industry development and cultures across the META region
• Existing connections to local and regional payment providers
• Demonstrated thought leadership and understanding of industry best practices
