Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote business development strategies tailored to Managed Services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the complete sales process
• Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert solutions
• Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated service offerings
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients
• Monitor sales metrics and generate reports to track performance against targets
• Participate in industry events to showcase Müller's Solutions and network with potential clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in managed services
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to travel as required
