About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure team meets or exceeds set business targets on time
- Ensure business is booked under ADIB policy and Shari'a compliance
- Coach team on daily business activities and monthly goals
- Review credit applications and verify critical customer documents
- Handle customer complaints directly and arrange staff training
- Visit ministries, departments and listed companies to open business channels
Requirements
- 4+ years of banking experience
- Preferably 2+ years in a supervisory or team leading role
- Familiarity with core banking and application sourcing systems
- Outlook, email and HR system exposure
