About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound demand generation across priority segments like mortgage lenders and real estate organizations
- Research target accounts and identify decision-makers to generate qualified meetings
- Manage full-cycle sales from discovery and presentations through to negotiation and signature
- Drive new revenue creation by converting self-sourced opportunities into signed partnerships
- Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting in HubSpot
- Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to move deals forward
Requirements
- 3+ years of success in a hunter-oriented B2B sales role
- Experience selling to or partnering with mortgage lenders, real estate companies, or PropTech platforms
- Proven ability to prospect consistently and create opportunities from cold accounts
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- Analytical approach to pipeline management and forecasting
