About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and build a path to commercial results
- Meet prospects and partners to translate technical and commercial needs into value propositions
- Develop and present tailored business cases, commercial models, and proposals
- Track market signals, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve go-to-market approach
- Build trusted relationships across customers, partners, and internal teams
- Use milestones and commercial indicators to track progress and results
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
- Background or familiarity with PV, PCS, BESS or related electrical/energy technologies
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic
- Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving ambitious growth targets
- Ability to evaluate complex business scenarios and high-stakes negotiations
