Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of clients across the Middle East
• Generate new business through inbound enquiries, digital and social channels, and networking
• Qualify and nurture prospects through the full sales cycle
• Grow existing accounts by introducing additional services and digital tools
• Track pipeline and account activity in CRM
• Represent QIMA at regional industry events
• Partner with operations teams to ensure seamless client experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in quality control or supply chain services
• Active network of decision-makers in the GCC region
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build trust across cultures
• Comfortable managing own schedule and pipeline with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Previous exposure to using AI at work
