About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales pipeline: source, qualify, pitch, negotiate, and close new crypto project sponsors, KOLs, and affiliates
- Proactively build and work a live prospect list via Telegram BD communities, Crypto Twitter, and conference floors
- Manage concurrent KOL deal flows, maintaining clear timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate with content and operations teams to ensure sponsor integrations are fulfilled to brief and on time
- Deliver detailed post-campaign ROI reports to sponsors to build trust and secure renewals
- Work toward a consistent $150k+ monthly revenue target
Requirements
- Proven ability to drive outreach and close deals without a provided playbook
- Experience identifying crypto projects and advertisers with live marketing budgets
- Strong pipeline management skills and a proactive approach to lead generation
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously without compromising quality
