About the Company

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in hospitality consultancy, franchising, and event partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, hotel operators, and brand partners
- Conduct competitor analysis and awareness of industry trends and gaps in the F&B and lifestyle sector
- Lead the preparation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to secure new projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Represent TGP International at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums
- Track business development activities through CRM tools and prepare regular pipeline reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or commercial management
- Proven track record of securing high-value projects and partnerships
- Strong network within the UAE and GCC hospitality and real estate industries
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce
