Business Development Manager - Trans Skills

Responsibilities

• Identify, map and secure new business opportunities across UAE, KSA and Qatar
• Target C-suite, managerial and directorial leaders with tailored staffing and executive search solutions
• Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline of enterprise and mid-market accounts
• Structure long-term framework agreements such as SLAs, retainers and managed service contracts
• Lead RFP, RFI and tender responses for corporate and government staffing contracts
• Navigate regional public sector procurement portals and manage compliance with nationalization targets
• Build competitive pricing models, rate cards and fee structures
• Stay current on GCC labor laws, visa regulations and employment frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or related field
• 10 to 15 years of business development in staffing, recruitment or HR outsourcing in the Middle East
• Proven track record of closing high-value staffing contracts
• Resilient, results-oriented approach to high-stakes negotiations
