Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close partnerships with top-tier adult creators, agencies, managers, and industry partners
• Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline across Tier-1 markets
• Lead partnership conversations from first contact to signed agreement and creator activation
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners to support adoption, retention, and revenue growth
• Communicate the value of Telegram-native monetization for adult creators
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to improve onboarding and feedback loops
• Share industry insights and market trends to support product decisions
• Own business targets related to creator acquisition and revenue growth

Requirements

• Proven business development, partnerships, sales, or talent management experience in the adult industry
• Strong existing network among international adult creators, agencies, and platforms
• Experience working with adult creators or agencies in Tier-1 markets
• Ability to run outbound sales independently from prospecting to closing
• Strong understanding of adult audience monetization via subscriptions and private content
• Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish language proficiency
• Experience with Telegram in the context of adult content
