Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify new and prospective customers and their needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products and services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Keep records of sales, revenue, and invoices
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Identify prospective clients, new growth opportunities, and generate new leads

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management in UAE
• Proven sales track record
• Extensive understanding of the local UAE market
• Experience in IT solution sales dealing with major public and private accounts
• Experience in Staffing Service or Professional Service industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in developing business through contacts, emails, cold calling, and references
• BBA, B.Com, or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Computer Applications
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
