About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the pipeline and achieve annual revenue targets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
- Manage formal tenders and RFQs with technically sound proposals
- Identify customer issues and present tailored technical solutions for Service and Brownfield projects
- Manage existing Service Agreement Accounts and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Process Departments for technical support
- Lead negotiations and close complex deals as the primary client interface
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Field Operation, Maintenance, and Engineering Services Sales within the Oil & Gas sector
- Proven experience in the MEA and South Asian regions
- Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas processes and Produced Water treatment
- Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales, contract negotiation, and risk analysis
- Willingness to perform site visits, equipment inspections, and pilot trials
- Ability to undertake international travel as required
