Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the pipeline and achieve annual revenue targets
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders and decision-makers
• Manage formal tenders and RFQs with technically sound proposals
• Identify customer issues and present tailored technical solutions for Service and Brownfield projects
• Manage existing Service Agreement Accounts and identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with Service, Engineering, and Process Departments for technical support
• Lead negotiations and close complex deals as the primary client interface

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Field Operation, Maintenance, and Engineering Services Sales within the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven experience in the MEA and South Asian regions
• Strong technical knowledge of Oil & Gas processes and Produced Water treatment
• Demonstrated success in end-to-end sales, contract negotiation, and risk analysis
• Willingness to perform site visits, equipment inspections, and pilot trials
• Ability to undertake international travel as required
