Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify a pipeline across private and government sectors in the UAE and GCC
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to signed contracts
• Lead commercial submissions for tenders, RFPs, and RFQs
• Develop consultative proposals by briefing creative and strategy teams
• Negotiate pricing and close deals while protecting agency margins
• Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot and provide weekly pipeline forecasts
• Build long-term relationships with senior marketing and procurement stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of business development or sales experience within a media, creative, or advertising agency in the UAE
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Experience with both direct brand deals and formal procurement processes
• Strong understanding of agency commercial models and service scopes
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Based in the UAE with a valid driving license

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network of marketing and communications decision-makers in the UAE
• Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
