Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for retail mortgage products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline
• Engage in direct sales of home loans and mortgages to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align on strategies and share insights
• Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics
• Maintain high standards of customer service to foster client satisfaction and loyalty
• Ensure compliance with all relevant rules and policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in direct sales of home loans and mortgages
• At least 1 year of banking experience (local or international)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Strong ability to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
